Finger Lick'n / Dishes / Potato Salad
6 to 8 Irish Potatoes
1/2 of a small onion (diced)
1 tsp. Pickle Relish
1-2 Dill Pickles (diced)
2 tsp Mustard
2 Tbsp Mayonaise (Blue Plate)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)

Boil potatoes until tender, mash with fork, add onions, pickles, pickle relish, mustard and mayonaise, mix. Add salt and black pepper to your taste. You may have to adjust mustard and mayonaise to your liking.

Tip: The longer the potato salad sits in the refridgerator, the better it taste.
